Well guys, this has definitely been a week of tragedy for Lexington. Seeing two of our teenagers make their journey into heaven has been heart wrenching. The saddest part about all of it is that even after someone’s life has ended here on Earth, there are people who continue to center something as unimaginable as death around themselves and create drama with it. I didn’t know Austin or Audrey well, but all of the love that is being shown is proof enough that they were amazing people. I am so moved by our community coming together and supporting each other. The notes to heaven and candlelight services are beautiful. So blessed for this life that God has given me and I will never take advantage of it now. God is good, I hope everyone can see some of his light through all of the dark.
